I'm Shaun — a final-year Adult Nursing student with a background in pre-hospital NHS care. Nurse, Assess, Lead exists because too many nurses are taught the theory of assessment but never given the confidence to act on it. I break down A–E assessment, clinical reasoning and escalation the way I wish someone had taught me: practical, structured, and grounded in real acute and pre-hospital experience, not just textbook theory.Whether you're prepping for placements and OSCEs, finding your feet in your first year on the ward, or brushing up for CPD, this is a space built to help you assess, escalate and lead with genuine confidence.
